REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

MEMORANDUM

1. This appeal was originally set down for hearing in the February 2019 session of the Court of Appeal. The appellants had failed to file an appeal book and supporting documents in time for that session, and the appeal was adjourned until the April 2019 session. Again the appellants have failed to file an appeal book as directed. At the general call-over today to list appeals for the April 2019 session counsel for the appellants informed the Court that the appeal was being withdrawn. No application has been made for costs.

2. Accordingly the appeal stands dismissed.
